Test Manager

• Developing Test Scenarios/conditions from Requirements
• Designing and Executing High level/detailed level test steps from Scenarios/Requirements
• Metrics generation and Status reporting
• Preparation of test schedules
• Communicate and interact with different project teams.
• Coordinate with different application/environment teams in running integration/interfaces testing
• Knowledge of Defect management Process, Test Management Process

Education: Bachelor in Computer Science or computer related fields
Experience level: 10+ years of experience in related field
Leading Skills:
Hands on experience with leading QA projects and great communication skills to communicate with multiple vendors
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of QA strategy, process and bug tracking tools
Must be able to work on multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and deal with conflicting priorities
Having the ability to multitask is a must
Previous experience with leading Telematics testing projects is highly desirable
Strong leadership skills are required. Having the ability to work individually and within a team is must
Must SQA Skills:
Test Plan creation with proper coverage of features testing and detailed test cases writing
Requirements traceability matrix implementation
Troubleshooting by running queries and analyzing service logs
Experience with testing in vehicle telematics area
REST API testing using JMeter, Postman
Oracle advanced queries execution knowledge
Client-server architecture features manual/automation testing  experience
Test automation using any scripting language
At least 1 scripting language proficiency: Preferred: JS or Python
Expert in Tools: JMeter, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Fiddler, UI Automator, TestNG
Preferred Advanced Skill:
Telematics testing using vehicles, troubleshooting, reporting
Experienced working in automotive industries and knowledge on vehicles infotainment system, hardware operations and Telematics areas
Experience with creating QA monitoring tool and reporting via APIs
Local Voice local search using vehicle head unit (TMU) and troubleshooting the network call  using Nuance and understanding of the architecture
Vehicle head unit (TMU) firmware validation or upgrade
Call routing testing using TMU and experience with TMU backend settings changes
Understanding of Integration of external vendors for call routing: wireless provider, emergency service provider and call center agents
Nice to Have:
Test automation experience for SaaS based applications
Cloud based tool framework implementation using CI/CD for test scripts updates
Cloud based test tools load balancing, scheduled test runs and continuous reporting implementations
