Contribute to system analysis and design to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
Research and apply new technologies to improve performance and optimize the development process.
Ensure products function correctly according to business requirements, maintaining high performance and scalability for large user volumes.

Requirements:
Mandatory:
Experience in backend development for applications/services (Proficiency in Python is a plus).
Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle (design, development, and implementation).
Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Understanding of message brokers.
Experience working with Git for version control.
Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.
Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPA, REST API).
Basic knowledge of databases and systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Passion for learning new technologies and self-development.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good English skills (reading and speaking).
Preferred (Bonus Points):
Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
Previous experience working with Odoo or other ERP systems.
Understanding of Microservices architecture.
Personal Attributes:
