Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Intern

Job Description
1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation
Assist in receiving and analyzing customer and project requirements.
Support the preparation of test documents, checklists, and user guides.
2. Test Case Development & Execution
Create comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements.
Perform manual testing to identify software defects and ensure system functionality.
3. Defect Management & Reporting
Log and track defects using defect management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Assist in test reporting, quality risk assessment, and progress updates for internal teams and clients.
4. UAT Support & Process Improvement
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-deployment validation when necessary.
Contribute ideas to improve testing processes.

Requirements
Final-year students or recent graduates are available for a full-time internship.
Preferably, I would major in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Non-IT students with IT knowledge are welcome).
Strong logical and critical thinking and attention to detail.
Good time management and organizational skills.
English proficiency is a plus.
Eager to learn and grow in the QA field.
