Talent Acquisition Executive

You'll do
Build and update job descriptions and job specifications quarterly.
Source and approach candidates by using multi-channels like job sites, company databases, social media, etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to qualify candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes (work with managers).
Assist the team in onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” (work with employer branding team)

You have...
2+ years work experience as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Excellent skills in building talent pool, headhunting, interviewing candidates.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good interpersonal & teamwork skills
Good at English: writing and speaking skillsPlus:
IT industry knowledge
Good command in using MS. Office software
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) and recruiting software
BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related business fields.
