What You'll Do…
Support daily operational tasks related to business activities, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, partnerships, and customer support activities.
Conduct market research & data analysis to provide insights for business decisions.
Collaborate with different teams to improve operational efficiency.
Support event planning and execution (both online & offline).
Assist in administrative tasks such as document processing, report creation, and workflow optimization.
Ensure effective communication and coordination within internal and external teams.

You Have…
Senior from top universities majoring in Economics, Marketing, International Business, Law, or related fields.
English proficiency: IELTS 6.5+ (or equivalent).
Chinese proficiency: HSK 5+ (or equivalent).
Strong computer skills, familiar with MS Office & Google applications.
Having experience in Customer Support, Marketing, or Operations is a plus.
A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven with a high sense of responsibility.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
