IT Support Executive

Main Purpose
The Vietnam IT Field Service position is responsible for supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure operations, including Network, Workplace Services, End User Computing (EUC), and Plant Operations at the Ha Nam Plant, Vietnam. This role reports to the Vietnam IT Site Lead based in HCMC. The position will act as an IT liaison with plant users and will collaborate with the IT team in HCMC and the backend team
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations and Compliance:Support Ha Nam Plant IT operations, ensuring adherence to IT processes and compliance standards.Assist the Vietnam IT Head / Vietnam Field Service Team Lead with special assignments as needed.Support IT-related procurement processes, ensuring alignment with company standards and budget requirements.

IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management:Collaborate with local and sector IT Teams to manage and support IT infrastructure and security systems.Act as a key communicator for Service incident and problem management, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.Monitor and ensure assigned tickets are timely addressed

Project Management:Support the delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including Network, EUC, UCC, and Workplace Services, in alignment with planned timelines and objectives, under the leadership of the Vietnam IT Field Service Lead.Work closely with vendors to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met, maintaining clear communication with the project team, including the team lead, for visibility

Asset Management and Compliance:Strictly follow IT asset management policies and processes.
Strictly follow IT asset management policies and processes.

Proven experience in IT infrastructure and operations management.
Solid knowledge of network, compute, and workplace services.
Ability to work independently with vendors.
Project management experience in IT infrastructure deployment.
Fluency in English is required.
Ability to work effectively within a team
