Collection Operations Supervisor

Collection activitiesActively monitor and analyze performance of Field Collections teams, propose points of improvement in strategy and operations;Review weaknesses in the current collection procedures/system from which to propose solutions to improve and increase debt recovery efficiency;Participate or lead projects related to debt collection campaigns;Participate to set up incentive scheme for Collections Teams;

Collection policies & systemReview the efficiency of collection systems and processes and propose improvements to increase automation level, increase productivity, and transparency of collection operations;Participating in the development of new systems and projects that necessitate Collection collaboration;Collaborate with other departments to improve collection systems;Other tasks assigned by Line managers.

Education level, certification:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Business or other related;

Experience, Skill:At least 3 years of experience managing tasks related to Field collection operations/ strategy in financial company/bank;Clearly understand the functions, tasks, and roles of Debt Collection in the Finance Company;Having skills in leadership, teamwork and management;English proficiency required for the position;Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power point)Power BI tools, SQL or Python…;
At least 3 years of experience managing tasks related to Field collection operations/ strategy in financial company/bank;
Clearly understand the functions, tasks, and roles of Debt Collection in the Finance Company;
Having skills in leadership, teamwork and management;
English proficiency required for the position;
