Senior Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Proactively sourcing potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and popular Vietnamese job posting sites.
Regularly updating and maintaining our talent pool database to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Engaging with candidates, conducting follow-up communications, and providing updates on their application status.
Managing the entire candidate lifecycle, keeping track of the recruitment process stages and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.

At least 2 year of experience in recruitment, strong in sourcing and candidate management especially in IT sector( senior, lead, manager level, C-Level), headhunting base is a plus
Obtain an active LinkedIn account with 1000+ connections
Familiarity with various job posting sites in Vietnam and globally, with a keen ability to adapt to new platforms.
Good at English, capable of maintaining professional conversations with candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
