Human Resources Team Leader

Be responsible for recruitment to provide labor force who serve the producing and trading operation of ALC.
- Make recruitment planning based on department requirements.
- Perform and monitor the recruitment to complete recruitment.
- Manage and deploy the recruitment channels.
Make and deploy the training program and be responsible for training new employees.
- Cooperate Teams in order to make training courses for employees about skills, professional.
- Be responsible for training new employees.

- Check the implementation and improve the procedure based on the current situation, and Iso standard.
Support and cooperate with Teams to build up organization regulation, and human resource plans.

- At least 5 years experience as Human Resources Team Leader position in manufacturing company.
- Experience in deploy, implement and control KPI for all Teams/Groups.
