Project Manager

− Working with Japanese customer to operate Software Development Labor team in Vietnam.
− Conduct the meeting or Demostration or so.
− Estimate and Schedule; Task management and assigment.
− Garthering requirement and Q&A; Analyze, discuss and propose solution included technical site.
− Review output, sharing knowledge and train team member especially in creating Japanese document.
− Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.

− At least 5 years experience of PM/BrSE position in Project working directly with Japanese customer/ partner.
− Japanese language fluency (At least JLPT N2).
− Well understanding of Web application include Database, SQL, front end, back end.
− Having strong understanding and experience in project management process and various Software Development models (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum...) and Project management (Estimation, Planning, PDCA,...)
− Hardworking, good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
− Good teamwork skills and readiness to challenge.
− Open mind to adapt working scope, working process as required by project.
− Outsystem or low-code experience is preferred.
− Can communicate in English is an advantage.
− Can build and keep good relationships with members and clients.
