Operator/Client Services

Maintain and enhance communication with key stakeholders, including clients, company’s management, team members.
Identify areas for operational improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team. This could involve optimizing workflows, or refining communication protocols.
Play a key role in team management, including mentoring team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. This responsibility also involves regular evaluations of team performance.

Proficiency in Japanese (N2 or higher, preferably near N1) with fluent speaking skills. Experience working in Japan for at least 1 year is a plus.
Have +4 years' experience in working environment with Japanese customers.
Have good experience and skills for working with Japanese customers.
Strong ability to read and comprehend Japanese documents related to processes and regulations.
Experience working with data and numbers with high attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Ability to understand business requirements, diligent, excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills is a plus
A degree in Economics or Engineering is an advantage
