QA Engineer (Quality System Assurance) - Cu Chi

As RYOBI QSA& DCC team member, responsible for RYOBI facilities document control and administrative tasks, assist supervisor on quality systems maintenance including internal audit / external audit / product certificate audit, CAPA follow up
- Conduct related DCC tasks: system documents checking, receiving, distribution, keeping timely
- Admin task: QSA& DCC admin jobs as (transportation car arrangement, Office supply related), follow up payments process to complete customer audit payment issues on K2 system.
- Assist quality systems maintenance: assist supervisor and cooperate with cross-function team on Dau Giay's facility quality systems (ISO9001/ ISO14001/ISO45001/ QSA/ SER/ GSV) maintenance including internal audit / external audit / product certificate audit, CAPA follow up.
- Others: Complete related tasks assigned by Manager/supervisors

- Education: Bachelor's degree major in Quality, Electronic-related discipline, Engineering or related field
- Experience:
3 years or above working experience in electronics products manufacturing environment with and experience on Quality system control, Quality assurance, Internal audit etc;
Technical background with quality systems audit or quality department work experiences would be more prefer
- Knowledge: Quality knowledge, qualified ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor even qualified as ISO14001:2015; 45001:2018 Internal auditor is preferable -plus point.
- Functional Skills: (QMS) Knowledge, Document Control, internal audit skill…
- Other Abilities:
Skillful operation of office software, good communication skills, good in English; honest, patience, careful.
Able to travel/business trip between Dau Giay factory and Cu Chi factory for work purposes (Having shuttle bus)
