Thư Ký Sản Xuất - Production Clerk (Củ Chi)

Responsible for data daily log in, people attendance record, MRO purchasing follow up and editing reports, production report, provide supports to Production Supervisor for facilitating day to day management
1. Collect data from production and log into report and Oracle ERP system
2. Provide production data by day with designated format
3. Follow up people’s attendance related work and maintain into HR system
4. Follow up purchasing related work until P.O. closed
5. Support supervisor for other daily paper works when needed.
6. Correct workers if any wrong operating

High school or above education
At least 1 year clerk experience.
- Experience in high volume manufacturing management will be preferred.
- Production report
- Attendance report
- Initiative and hardworking.
- Good communication, coordination, listening and interpersonal skills
- Well know about excel, word and related Microsoft office
- Must be a detail oriented person.
