Research & propose an Email Marketing plan & strategy.
Build and Optimize Email Flows: Develop and enhance email flows for Omega's e-commerce applications.
Customer Segmentation: Implement segmentation strategies to target the right customer groups effectively.
Personalization: Create personalized email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Marketing Automation: Utilize automation tools to deploy and manage email marketing campaigns efficiently.
Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop engaging and effective email templates.
Growth Hacking (Preferred): Apply growth hacking techniques to drive innovative and impactful email marketing strategies.

Proficiency in the English language is key (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and industry best practices.
Proficient in email marketing tools (Customer.io)
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in design software (Canva, Figma) and project management tools (Trello, Google Sheets/Excel).
Content Creation: Solid ability to craft persuasive, brand-aligned email content that resonates with target audiences.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with creative, design, content, and marketing teams to develop engaging email templates.
Growth Hacking Skills (preferred experience): Possess strong growth hacking skills to drive innovative email marketing strategies.
Preferred candidates have experience in e-commerce.
