Game Designer (Middle/ Senior)

Generate ideas, design, and create detailed game documents for Puzzle, Card Game, and Mid-core games (Indonesia and Philippine markets).
Collaborate with different departments (Game Developer, Game Artist,...)  within the project to ensure the progress and quality of feature development and events for games.
Monitor metrics, analyze data, and propose appropriate actions at project stages.
Develop a game story that aligns with the product's objectives.

Passion for gaming and a desire to pursue a career in the gaming industry.
Minimum of 2 year of experience, with a portfolio of Game Design Documents (GDD) or products already available on the market.
Understanding of game design elements such as fun factors, user motivation, core loops, and progression.
Possess logical thinking, research, analysis, and information synthesis skills.
Ability to read, understand, and write documents in English.
Proficient in using Excel (Google Sheets), or other level design support tools.
Eagerness to learn, with a development mindset
Open-minded, and proactive in communication, interaction, and collaboration with team members.
