Legal Intern

Assist clients in understanding the licensing process and provide support in obtaining necessary licenses for their business.
Help manage the application and renewal of licenses for clients.
Contact and communicate with relevant State authorities and organizations to gather information and deliver results.
Act as a point of contact for clients to liaise with state authorities.
Review and assist in revising contracts, applications, and other legal documents as needed.
Assist in completing regulatory filings, including license renewals and reports.
Support senior team members in conducting research on legal regulations.

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Law or related fields.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Basic research and analytical skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Professional attitude and eagerness to learn.
