Data Analyst

Works closely with relevant business functions to understand the domain and data structure;
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand the data requirement such as user insights, customer journeys, business metrics; perform corresponding analysis to develop dataset, reports, and dashboards using BI tools;
Analyze data for trends and patterns to support business strategic planning;
Contribute to the solution of various data migration projects, especially data validation;
Coach business users to get familiar with BI reports;
Perform data audit to identify the cause of mismatched data between systems when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, or similar majors;
Expert in SQL is a must; experience with one of the programming languages such as Python or R is a plus;
Proficient in using PowerBI (and other data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau); have practical working experience with data warehouse (AWS RedShift, Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL);
Experience with data cleansing, data transformation, data quality assessment, and statistical analytics;
Familiar with dimensional data modeling, data warehouse and data marts design;
Have experience with ML Modeling is a big plus;
Have knowledge about fintech domain is a strong plus.
