Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and estimate project timelines.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the Java ecosystem.
Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
English: Fluent
Essential: 6 - 8 years experience full stack or on Java projects for backend
Knowledge working Java/JEE, Spring Boot framework
Knowledge of Kafka, ELK is an added advantage
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
