Why We Need You
As Head of Finance, you’ll be building and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring ironclad compliance, and driving strategic financial planning across multiple entities worldwide. From Vietnam, the EU, the UK, and the USA, you’ll navigate diverse legal and accounting landscapes, structuring finances to minimize risk and maximize growth.
This role is hands-on, demanding top-notch numerical reasoning, business acumen, and a keen eye for compliance. You’ll collaborate with accountants, legal teams, and external vendors to ensure no detail goes unnoticed. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable finance professional who may evolve into our CFO—all based on merit and impact.

Responsibilities
1.​ Financial Strategy & Leadership
○​ Develop and optimize financial processes for efficiency, scalability, and international growth.
○​ Align financial strategies with the company’s long-term vision, supporting expansions and new ventures.
○​ Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing high-level financial insights and guidance.
2.​ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
○​ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring robust financial modeling for growth.
○​ Offer data-driven insights that help improve profitability and inform strategic decisions.
3.​ Financial Operations & Compliance
○​ Oversee invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting across multiple international entities.
○​ Maintain compliance with diverse legal and regulatory standards (Vietnam, EU, UK, USA, and more).
○​ Implement internal controls to reduce financial risks and support a transparent operational environment.
4.​ Tax Optimization & International Structuring
○​ Research and deploy tax optimization strategies in relevant jurisdictions.
○​ Ensure entities are structured to minimize liabilities while operating within legal bounds.
○​ Work closely with external advisors (accountants, auditors, lawyers) to maintain best-in-class compliance.
5.​ Collaboration & Leadership
○​ Create the finance team, setting high standards for performance and integrity.
○​ Collaborate with legal teams to refine contracts, compliance frameworks, and international agreements.
○​ Continuously seek new opportunities to refine and improve financial workflows.

● Experience
○ 3+ years in finance, accounting, or financial management, ideally handling multiple companies/entities.
○ Proven ability to set up financial processes and scale operations in international contexts.
● Technical & Business Acumen
○ Advanced Accounting/Finance Skills: Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and budgeting.
○ Global Compliance: Familiarity with legal and tax systems in Vietnam, EU, UK, USA, and more.
○ Analytical Thinking: Capacity to interpret financial data and connect it to overarching business strategies.

○ Flawless English (written and spoken) to deliver precise financial reports and coordinate with international partners.
