Scrum Master (Junior)

Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress
Foster a self-organizing and cross-functional team environment
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog
Track and report team progress and metrics
Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team
Help the team to improve their engineering practices and tools.

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices
Experience with various Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, XP) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
