Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage the full life cycle of recruiting to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and schedule them for further processing.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, team members, and cross-functional partners.
Build and sustain a strong talent network through market research, employer branding, and ongoing relationship management, supporting both short- and long-term hiring needs across a broad range of roles.
Demonstrate an excellent customer service mindset, creating a great candidate experience and ensuring a positive recruitment process for all stakeholders.
Perform other ad hoc assignments as required.

At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Experience in headhunting or large companies is a plus.
