Customer Service Executive

I. WHAT WORK WILL YOU DO?
Handle customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels (Email, Website, Social Media, Hotline, Live Chat…), ensuring timely and effective responses.
Coordinate with internal teams to update information, process orders, and support customers within the internal system.
Monitor order status and proactively update customers.
Conduct surveys, provide consultations, and identify upselling opportunities.
Contribute to the company’s customer service strategy.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

II. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Marketing/…)
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; patient, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently, adapt to urgent tasks, and maintain efficiency.
