Technical Leader (Java Team)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Programming languages:
In depth knowledge and application of Java, JDBC, Spring Framework, React JS,...
Proficient understanding and experience of web services technologies such as Spring boot Micro services , REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, Restful APIs
Database:
Exposure to an industry-standard database with awareness of database design and SQL performance tuning (Postgres & Mongo)
Build & Delivery:
Deliver fully tested source code complying with quality indicators objectives through Github/ Git
Docker and Kubernetes: For containerization and orchestration.
AWS, Digital Ocean, or GCP for hosting and scaling our web applications
Work experience on the transactional applications for low latency, high availability uses is a plus
Proactive in taking new enhancements and should be able to guide the juniors
Leadership & Collaboration:
Proactive in driving enhancements and innovation within the development process.
Strong ability to mentor junior developers and provide constructive code reviews.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Above 4 years of experience in Backend system & Cloud deployment
Above 2 years of experience in Team lead (both Backend & Frontend)
Experience in participating and implementing successful projects with performance maintenance
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
