Technical Manager For Printing Industry

• Responsible for machine service maintenance (electrical & mechanical):
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting for existing customers.
• Provide timely and effective technical support for customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to consult with customers on technical solutions.
• Support sales team by providing technical insights during customer interactions.
• Set up and developing a skilled tech team.
• Keep updated with the latest technical developments and solutions to improve service offerings.

• High level experience 5-10 years, working on some kind of machinery, experience in printing machine is an advantages.
• Strong technical background, with prior experience in flexographic and/or digital printing, offset printing, plate-making experience.
• Have experience operating flexo printer - ideally MPS, Omet, Nilpeter, Mark Andy etc. is an advantage.
• Previously or currently printed labels / packaging industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; be happy to work in a small team where he has to be flexible with the jobs.
• Daily English communication.
• Must be able to travel to clients all around Vietnam and to also be able to travel for training (can be to Omet, Jet Indonesia, or Japan or other countries).
