Senior Back-End Engineer

Design and implement backend services/systems/tools used by our products and users
Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.)
Analyse requirements, design, and develop features.
Understand and constantly optimize our products, identify and fix problems, and improve stability and user experience.
Design and implement distributed systems that are optimized for performance, scalability, and availability
Build reusable code and libraries.
Collaborate with fellow developers, product managers, designers, and operation engineers to build products with cutting-edge technologies.
Set up, maintain, and optimize our infrastructure on cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, Prometheus, containerd, etc.).
Build and maintain continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.

Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields
More than 2 years of hands-on experience in backend development
Passionate about coding and programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems
In-depth understanding of computer science fundamentals
Strong and hands-on experience with at least one of the programming languages: C++, Golang.
Familiar with performance tuning, concurrency handling, and caching mechanisms
Familiar with Linux development environments and multi-threaded programming
Experience with Cloud Native technology stack such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, containerd, CRI, lxcfs, etcd etc
Experience and knowledge in dealing with blockchain is preferred
