The UX/UI Designer (Mid-level) reports directly to Head of Design and PM.
Duties and Responsibilities
The UX/UI Designer (Mid-level) is responsible for tasks in the following areas:
Work closely with PM/BA/PO and clients to produce design solutions through wireframes, visual/graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and/or prototypes
Plan new designs and optimize existing designs.
Contribute to developing and maintaining design

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years experience as a UX/UI Designer.
Capable of design web, dashboard, and mobile apps
UI mindset focused on global trends, simplicity, and excellent accessibility
Knowledgeable in user-centric design
Experienced in Business Analysis is plus
At 1 or 2 projects have gone live
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
