Quality Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to elicit and define business requirements and project objectives.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, including developers (Vietnamesse), product owners (English) and users (English).
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance. Identify, analyse, and report software defects and issues using JIRA.
Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and participate in the design and review process to ensure testability.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing to ensure product stability and reliability.
Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, test results, and test case coverage.
Provide exceptional client support via email, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance via written channels, such as email and live chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues by analyzing problems, researching solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Excellent English communication (write, read, speak and listen).
At least 2 years in business analysis or tester.
Experience with coding is a plus, but training will be provided
Being knowledgeable or experienced in Agile environment, good logical thinking, analytical thinking, critical thinking and problem solving.
Experience in working in technology enabled change programs/projects, software development is a plus.CV in English.
