Operation Manager (Warehouse & Logistics)

Operation Manager will be responsible for the overall supply chain management and operations activities, managing stakeholders/partners to achieve the delivery KPI’s.

- Organize and monitoring storage and distribution of goods

- Define and improve operational performance efficiency through the setup or redesign of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, and SLA

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products

- Managing everything related to the last-mile delivery cycle including 3PLS

- Coordinates with 3PL vendors to ensure distribution process starting from inbound process until goods delivered to our customer suceeded on time

- Cooperating with IT & System department to maintain, repair, and deliver management software. Adapt and master in warehouse and logistics management system

- Co-operating with other team as Dept. Sales, Marketing...to drive ship in and ship out goods smoothly, and solve problems, as well

- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

- Deliver all the reports related to business process on daily basis

- Support cross-functional, cross-regional operation teams

- Highly goal and result oriented

- Possess in-depth knowledge of logistics and inventory systems

- Understanding of logistics management systems preferred

- Strong experience in supply chain management and fulfillment operations, with a focus on 3PL partnerships

- Experience working with external partners and suppliers

- Process-oriented, well-organized with a high level of attention to detail

- Data oriented with strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

- High sense of responsibility, ability to work in fast - moving industry

- Ability to discuss and reach an agreement in a professional manner

- Ability to manage and analyze a situation and develop a professional solution to the organization

- Good communication in English
