- Support clients via email / phone promptly about ERP software- Troubleshooting issue of customers.- Corporate with Dev, SA/BA to solve issue for customer- Support customer on usage and also fix bug. - Training on customer about using ERP software if required by manager.
Yêu cầu
- Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV- Written and Spoken English Language Proficiency- Good customer service attitude- Good troubleshooting skills- Independent team player who can work with minimal supervision- Age: 2000 - 2003
