CX Team Leader For B2B Fintech Products

We are hiring a leader for our CX team at B2B Fintech business. We are looking for someone with experience in IT-related CX, who can communicate fluently in both Vietnamese and English, and interact smoothly with customers and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Product demos and training for customers
• Creation of operation manuals and user guides
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling VOC
• Handling existing customers and analyzing usage status
• Supporting product testing
• Collaboration with the Korean headquarters' business and product teams

Qualifications
• Experience : more than 5 years
• Experience with : IT, Fintech, Finance, SaaS Solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to communicate in Korean
