Junior Product Specialist

Product Localization: Responsible for localizing the company's retail network devices and surveillance cameras in the Vietnamese market, ensuring the products are effectively introduced and integrated locally.
GTM Process Implementation: Assist in building and optimizing the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, support the development of sales channels, and ensure smooth coordination between product deployment and sales efforts.
Sales Support and Key Account Management: Collaborate closely with the local sales team to support sales initiatives, while also managing and nurturing relationships with key clients by providing professional advice and services.
Market Feedback: Gather and organize local market insights and dynamics, providing timely and effective feedback to inform the company’s product strategy

Language Proficiency: Possess a solid language foundation with basic communication skills in either Chinese or English, enabling effective communication with both local and international teams.
Proactive Learning and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a high level of initiative with a positive attitude towards learning and the ability to independently solve problems.
Personal Integrity and Character: Be diligent, honest, responsible, and possess strong personal integrity and teamwork skills.

Industry Interest: Candidates with an interest in the retail network devices and surveillance camera sectors are preferred. Relevant academic backgrounds or internship experiences are a plus, but not mandatory
