Java Technical Lead

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
Collaborate with architects and product owners to define software requirements and specifications.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code, following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to design patterns.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing applications and provide effective solutions.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products, including front-end developers, testers, and product managers.
Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting as needed
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Having minimum of 4 years experience with Java
2 years of experience in leading a team
Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, multithreading/concurrency programming, data structure and algorithms;
Experience in Spring framework, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Security;
Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL;
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum, Kanban;
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders;
Interested in dealing with technical challenges and keen on exploring new things;
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit;
Good English communication.
