Senior Receivable Accountant

Ensure and update daily revenue on the accounting system
Issue daily VAT invoices
Reconcile relevant accounting accounts
Input the bank's credit note and record related transactions into accounting software
Check invoices and report output VAT monthly and quarterly
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Reconcile accounts receivable balance by booking code, partner accounts receivable, etc.
Reconcile cash revenue, revenue from booking channels, commission fees, etc.
Control bank account balance, accounts receivable balance 1311, deposit account 344, B2B accounts receivable…
Other tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 4-5 years experience in a similar role
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Experience with Vin HMS software is an advantage)
Experience in the Retail, Hospitality (Hotel, Service Resident), F&B industry is preferred
Demonstration of responsibility, detail-oriented, multi-tasking & problem-solving mindset
Well-organized, honest, and highly committed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good at English is an advantage
