- University/College degree- 03–05 years of HR experience, preferably including 01–02 years in Talent Acquisition- 01 year at supervisor role is a plus.- Solid knowledge of Vietnam labor laws and HR practices- Skilled in sourcing and recruitment via multiple channels- Able to manage multiple roles across various functions- Good English communication skills
