Role Summary - Handling Export Documents & Import Cargoes.- Follow up import, export schedule- Key in to systems- Contact with customer & support customer to solve trouble cases- Report to manager or upper level when required- Complete the assigned job when required- Co-operation with other Departments (Customs, Accounting team to do other tasks smoothly)
