Human Resource Manager

Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
Manage recruitment for both office and frontline (e.g. sales, consultants) positions.
Handle labor contracts, probation tracking, and termination procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure proper registration for social insurance.
Resolve employee relations issues and ensure a positive working environment.
Ensure HR operations are legally compliant and efficiently executed.
Support rapid business growth through timely recruitment and staff development.
Improve employee retention and internal communication.
Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws and hands on procedures such as contract signing, onboarding, termination, and final settlements.
Ability to coordinate with the finance department to support monthly payroll calculations and personal income tax declarations.
Capable of independently handling daily HR operations, employee relations issues, and urgent personnel matters.

At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, including recruitment, employee relations. Prior experience in the beauty/MCN industry is a plus.
Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Preferably female, aged between 28–40 years old
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and HR best practices
Ability to handle labor contracts, social insurance, and employee onboarding/offboarding independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork.
Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information.
Mandarin/English
