Ads Monetization Specialist

As an Ads Monetization Specialist, you will play a key role in analyzing advertising performance and executing monetization strategies to maximize revenue. Prior experience in ad monetization is preferred but not required—we will provide training and mentorship to help you succeed in this role. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to execute and adapt quickly. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Analyze key monetization metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Identify and resolve issues affecting ad performance, ensuring a seamless user experience. 2. Ad Network Management Manage and configure ad networks like Google AdMob to ensure optimal revenue generation. Maintain relationships with ad network partners to explore new monetization opportunities. 3. Data-Driven Optimization Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights to improve monetization. A/B test different strategies to maximize revenue and profit. 4. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Proactively identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, performance drops, and user experience. Work closely with the product team to debug and implement solutions for ad-related technical challenges. 5. Industry Insights & Best Practices Stay up to date with the latest mobile in-app advertising trends, ad formats, and monetization strategies. Implement industry best practices to improve overall ad monetization effectiveness.
