Key Responsibilities
● Responsible for searching, contacting by phone, introducing, consulting and selling service packages of Alibaba Group (Alibaba.com) for export enterprises.
● Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities to exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
● Possess deep knowledge of our products and value propositions to effectively pitch to potential clients.
● Develop innovative and tailored sales solutions to address client needs and challenges.
● Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
● Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations relevant to the Sales department.

What We Look For
● Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a related role
● Persuasive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong drive for success
● Excellent customer care mindset with the ability to assess and address client needs effectively.
● Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● Ability to communicate effectively in English is a strong advantage.
