- Partner Network Development: Actively seek, build, and maintain sustainable relationships with educational agents and admissions partners in the study abroad sector.
- Admissions Consulting: Directly advise, introduce, and persuade parents and students about VHA's academic programs, advantages, and values.
- Achieve Business Targets: Take responsibility for meeting individual performance goals, including student enrollment numbers, new agent acquisitions, and lead conversion rates.
- Event Management: Participate in the planning and execution of events, seminars, and recruitment roadshows to promote the VHA brand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance reports and analyses of business metrics for management.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team on branding campaigns and developing student success stories (case studies).
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, English, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Development, Sales) within high-end service industries such as education, insurance, or real estate; experience at a study abroad agency is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or higher) with the ability to communicate and consult effectively in English.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Advantages: Having studied abroad or worked in an international education environment is a significant advantage.
- Qualities: Proactive, highly responsible, able to work under pressure to meet targets, and committed to long-term career growth.
