Guide new hotel, airline, car rental, tour, and restaurant partners through the Soctrip onboarding process.
Provide step-by-step training on Soctrip’s extranet, pricing tools, and inventory management systems.
Ensure partners understand pricing structures, promotional tools, and commission models.
Act as the first point of contact for partners facing technical or operational challenges.
Assist partners with rate updates, availability management, contract clarifications, and payout inquiries.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Revenue Management, and Customer Support) to resolve partner-related issues quickly.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in partner management, OTA operations, or hospitality support.
Experience working with hotel extranet systems, airline reservation tools, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in OTA extranet tools, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS/CM).
Fluent in English;
