Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Employer Branding Specialist who will be responsible for the development, execution and rollout of recruitment marketing campaigns, employment branding, and candidate experience programs in Vietnam and globally that support the Yody brand to attract and engage the very best talent. The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Communication team, Marketing team and other key stakeholders to gather competitive insights in order to lead the creation of recruitment briefs which inform multi-channel creative and media campaigns and strategies.
Responsibilities- Develop, communicate, and execute employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience initiatives- Act as the single point of contact for all things Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing- Conceptualise, design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.- Develop deep market knowledge analysis to understand the current talent and recruiting landscape, macro recruiting events calendar, and upcoming key initiatives- Lead and review candidate-facing and employee-facing materials to ensure items are branded appropriately

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position- Can use Canva, Capcut (must have) , PSD, Ai (nice to have)- Be creative and good at storytelling..- Digital savvy- Good written and oral communication skills- Good interpersonal skills with strong expertise in managing relationships and network- High energy, resourceful and adaptable, with a strong attention to details
