1. Understand local labor law, wage, environment and health and safety.2. Knowledge in international human rights standards such (WRAP, Better work etc...)3. Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.4. English in speaking & writing.5. Minimum 5 year experience in compliance work.
