Position Overview
Founded in 2008, Balance specializes in designing, developing, and supporting high-performing, fully integrated, digital commerce solutions. We partner with leading brands (B2B, B2C and D2C), educational institutions, corporations and government departments to drive growth through digital-lead innovation.
We are continuing finding lot of solutions for Digital Marketing and delivering creative CX, CRM and Commerce services for some of Australia’s biggest and best brands. We're on the hunt for a Digital Designer who can craft pixel-perfect, visually stunning creative outputs as part of our energetic, craft-obsessed Creative team.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
The successful candidate will have
3-5+ years design experience, crafting static, interactive and motion-based outputs
A strong visual eye
Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
The ability to understand and interpret creative briefs to take from concept through to final output
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization skills and an ability to shift focus between different tasks
A passion for quality
An interest in emerging technologies
An eagerness to learn from talented colleagues
