Develop and implement internal/external training programs for employee growth.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet business needs.
Align recruitment and training strategies with business objectives.

Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
2 years of relevant work experience in an L&D/ Tranining, Recruiter/Talent Aquisition position
Experienced in manufacturing companies in the garment industry is a plus;
Good English;
Strong organization, planning skills
Excellent communication and networking skills.
