• A minimum of ten years of experience in the same or related sectors in a production firm, electronics manufacturing company, or foreign direct investment company• Professional certification or degree: at least a bachelor's degree Education/Major: Engineering, Technology, Innovation Management, Business Management, Industrial Management, or related majors
