Join True Platform as an LDR and be a key player in driving our business growth. As an LDR, you‘ll identify and qualify leads, initiate meaningful conversations, and collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to expand our customer base in APAC region. WHAT YOU DO - Receive leads from the digital marketing team and promptly follow up on them to qualify leads. - Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients, aiming to understand their needs and requirements effectively. - Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for Sales Executives based on the qualified leads. - Gather valuable insights from interactions with clients and provide feedback to the digital marketing team regarding the quality of leads, enabling continuous optimization of advertising strategies. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting. - Participate actively in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and processes.

WHO YOU ARE - Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - At least 1 year of professional working experience directly related to Sales or Customer Support. - Fluent in English ( ≥ 7.0 IELTS or equivalent), American Accent is plus - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. - Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment. - Personality: Resilient, Accountable, Committed, and Positive. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to quickly learn management software such as CRM...
