Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company in high standard and in bilingual (English & Vietnamese).
Assist in reviewing & standardizing the internal policy & procedures for each function/department and cross functions workflow and the guidelines to implement those compliance programs.
Prepare, and submit the application(s), and liaise with authorities for the license, and sub-license in terms of company business.
Proactively keep track and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact company business.
Provide legal advice and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor's degree in business law or equivalent major.
2++ years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Expertise in tech & FMCG companies and a good understanding of corporate business and culture will be preferred.
Having a profound sense of responsibility and focusing on the work, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good in logical thinking & organization skills.
Good at communication and negotiation, able to deal with authority.
Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
A good command of English is an advantage.
