At least 4 - 5 years of experience in the same position or relevant, luxury cosmetics/beauty retail preferredHaving previous experience working in MNCs, global corporations, and reputable high-end brands is an advantage.Have a good understanding of business and cosmetics/beauty/personal care/fashion industryDetail, well-organizedBusiness acumen, data mindsetAnalytical thinkingGood communication (English & Vietnamese) & interpersonal skills.
