Interview candidates and assessment of competence and experience.
Perform the competency tests if necessary.
Manage employee records, employment contracts, bonuses, insurance and ensure the benefits of employees in the company.
Post recruitment information on online and offline channels.
Support in resolving issues related to labor relations.
Establish and maintain good relationships with universities, colleges and other human resources.
Organize and implement programs to train employees in knowledge and skills and corporate culture
Performing other administrative work related to recruitment.

1-2 years of working experience in Human Resources field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
Have the vision and skills to negotiate problem solving, interview candidates
Ability to assess a candidate's competence
Have a positive attitude, eager to learn, self-improvement, and responsibility at work.
Proficiency in office information (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Have a basic knowledge of Vietnamese labor law.
Communication skills in English and Vietnamese
