1. Develop and Implement Business Strategy
Develop business plans for different phases (short-term, mid-term, and long-term) in alignment with the company's growth direction.
Design training solution packages for corporate clients.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose strategies for market expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners in the education and corporate sectors.
2. Market & Revenue Development
Establish a system of potential corporate clients and develop relationships with organizations and associations.
Propose collaboration programs and B2B marketing strategies to attract corporate customers.
Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement promotional campaigns for products/services targeted at corporate clients.
Take responsibility for revenue targets and ensure business KPIs are met on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
3. Sales Team Management & Development
Build, train, and develop the B2B sales team.
Organize training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills for the team.
Supervise and evaluate team performance, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
Foster a professional work environment that encourages creativity and personal growth.
4. Operations Management & Reporting
Regularly report business results and team performance to the leadership team.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes and customer service.
Suggest product/service improvements based on corporate client feedback.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including 2-3 years in a sales management role.
Preference for candidates with experience in education, training, EdTech, or corporate services.
Strong understanding of B2B business models, especially in the education and training sector.
Proven ability to manage and develop teams, leading them to achieve business targets.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel as required by the job.
